I'm a technologist first. For 15 years I've worked at the point where deep technical problems meet real customers and real commercial pressure - designing, building and shipping solutions across AI, voice and integration-heavy environments. I like the messy, undefined problems best: the ones with no playbook yet, where you have to work it out from first principles.
