A selection of things I've built or worked on.

• Conversational AI voice agents in production

  Designed and deployed live AI voice agents handling real customer call volumes - including one fielding around 1,000 missed calls a month at roughly an 82% success rate, replacing a third-party answering service while routing genuine, high-value calls to the right place and filtering out the noise.

• Building to prove ideas fast

  I work end-to-end - from discovery and solution design through to rapid prototypes, APIs, integrations and lightweight frontends - so ideas get validated and put in front of customers quickly rather than getting stuck in theory.

• Leading delivery at scale

  Led global professional services and delivery across three continents, owning the successful go-live and adoption of complex enterprise implementations, and stepping in as the senior, hands-on point whenever a high-risk engagement needed rescuing.
